When you are fit, sex can be more enjoyable, and the fitter you
are, more experimentation and variety can be explored. When you are
fit, you can be more in charge and more dominant.
My
definition of fitness, is the abundant health and
vibrant energy of a person. To a performance athlete,
fitness is being ahead of the competition. For not
athletes, fitness is being able to move thru life
with ease, with a surplus of energy for recreation.
Fitness
is with us at birth, and fades as the habits of lack
of exercise, poor nutrition and occupations take
hold.
Keeping
fit is not just the body- muscle and bone, it is also
a fitness of mind/emotion/spirit, fitness in all
aspects of our being from running up the stairs, 2
hours of passionate sex, self esteem, confidence and
the will to grow as a person.
When it
comes to exercise, just where do you fit it in?
If you make it to the gym, walk, jog, practice yoga, tai chi,
expressionist dance, great, it may keep you in shape
for life.
The results of not
taking time to exercise may see you drifting up in size, or becoming
